Not me.

But then again I live on land.

Sherwood has a very high water table, obviously.

Do you have a sump pump in your basement? Is it opreational? Any cracks in the foundations, etc?

No, I don't have a sump pump. Yep it gets pretty wet here in the greenwood I had an engineer take a look and he did say the water table is higher this year. I was just wondering if any other ppl in the area were having similar issues.

Is this a newer home? If so it could be your builder, my brother and I took a look at some homes being constructed yesterday, and the foundation looked horrible! Very thin, not dug very deep, and a other issues such as cracking already, framed homes being exposed to the elements, etc. And I bet you a million dollars that those builders are going to slop on a house on top of that
