Default modular/mobile homes, why can't you rent them in PG County?
I'm looking for a rental in PG County in one of the modular/mobile home develoments, like Ferndale Mobile Home Park, in Capital Heights. I received an email this afternoon from a realtor who has modular homes in this development listed for sale, and he said modular/mobile homes are not able to be rented.

Is there some law against renting a modular home? I just don't get it.

You will probably have to rent it from an owner, I think they were referring to the fact that it is not a rental community
