Seeking foreclosure buying advice in gaithersburg/rockville/suburban DC
I am not from US , but visit US to invest.
I often visit gaithersburg/ rockville so I am planning to invest in bank owned foreclosures in this area as they seem cheap;
1. Found a SFH for $ 200,000 in rockville 2 miles from metro station
2. Also found a 850 sq ft condo for $ 70k on mills choice road, zip code 20886
*Any advice about investing in these 2 areas?
*Do they rent out easily ?
*Any better foreclosure investing options in suburban DC?
