Default Need Downtown Bethesda rental ...like, uh, last week

Hello!

My husband started working in DC last week and he's commuting 20 miles north of Baltimore....everday...and we have two small children....and I'm a SAHM. So, needless to say, we need to move soon. I'm also looking for a job and we LOVE the downtown Bethesda area but we're having a tough time finding a 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment, with a gas stove, a washer/dryer in unit, that's spacious considering we're coming from a 4,000+ square foot house. I'd love to be in the Bethesda elementary school district in the event we don't purchase a home in the next year considering our oldest will start kindergarten next fall. Our price range is $3000 to $3500 including parking. First, are we asking for too much? If not, any suggestions in terms of housing, please give names of buildings.

Thanks in advance!

This looks nice, a lil over ur price range though. Luxury 4BR townhouse with elevator! call the agent listed, maybe the can help you. By reading the ad' that price looks negotiable...
