Salisbury MD and vicinity price of homes
I have been looking on the internet for homes for sale within the salisbury md area. Including, Princess anne, Snow Hill, fruitland etc... I am looking for a home that may need tlc, paint, rugs maybe some updating. I have seen homes listed 84k to 115 k which would be my price range that is affordable.I am also looking at Easten Shore Va area. Many are old federal or farmhouses with at least 1/2 acre of land in Salisbury, and older homes in other areas.I would love to have some land on a quiet street but the avalability of being not to far from towns. For those more familiar in the area are these homes termite infested, gutted pieces of crap or just old and need some tlc, cleaning and basic upgrades? I know of the buyers beware and best getting a realtor who is a buyers agent etc....... just wanted to know what to expect. We need nothing new, just liveable and affordably fixable. all advice is appreciated.
