Exclamation Moving to Maryland - Ellicott City and living by Baltimore National Pike/Columbia Pike intersection...

Hi there! I am in need of some help! My husband and I are moving to Ft. Meade area at the end of the month (yikes?!) and I've seen all the great reviews on here about living in Ellicott City - and we found a townhome that we really like - however - it's right north of the Baltimore National Pike and Columbia Pike (where it intersects up in Northern Ellicott City). There are a lot of townhomes by it - so we wouldn't be the only one - but would this be a smart move? Is it really loud with all the traffic? If you're curious - the street is Halcyon Ct (Howards Ridge area of townhomes...)

I've never really lived in an area with cloverleafs/pikes/ etc.. so I am really new to this! Any input is greatly appreciated!!!

Thank you!
