how do I get a "Prayer before Judgement"....
I got a speeding citation back on the 2nd of June, and my court date is today. I was doing 84 in a 65 (keeping up with traffic) on interstate 340 in Frederick County MD. I have done a lot of research, but it is still unclear to me, exactly how to get probation before judgement. Do I plead guilty, guilty with an explanation, or not guilty? Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is my first ticket and my record is completely clear.

it's the luck of the draw. be very polite to the judge, doens't much matter whether you plead guilty, innocent or "guilty with an explanation--if they got you on radar, without a lawyer you're assumed guilty. Often, it's how you behave in front of the judge that matters, be contrite! Also, if it's a first ticket you will likely get pbj.
