Default Restaurants in Rockville

Anyone have any independent restaurants to recommend in the Rockville area; ideally, around the White Flint and Twinbrook Metro stations. No need for big chain recommendations; we're all familiar with the big chains. Just trying to find out if there's any good local places that I have never heard of.

Nothing too expensive.

Thanks!

hdasler is on a distinguished road
Most that I know of around the Twinbrook/White Flint area are chain restaurants. But there may be some, I don't really have going out to eat in my budget right now so I haven't checked that area much.

If you head to Rockville Metro and walk to the Town Center there are a lot of restaurants....some chain but some smaller ones too. They have everything from Italian (Oro Pomodoro is really good), Lebanese Taverna, Thai Pavilion, Fractured Prune (famous for homemade donuts but also sell sandwiches, breakfasts that are pretty good). They also recently opened up a few new places Indian food, a sandwich shop, etc). Its worth checking out.
