Getting ready to relocate to Edgewater (Londontown area), MD. Can anyone out there tell me about the location, who lives there, beach, etc? Already signed contract on a beautiful house but looking for neighborhood info.

It's Edgewater, MD...just a few miles south of Annapolis.
