Default Termites
Our home inspection revealed live termites under the mulch but not in the foundation. They are going to treat the entire areas under the mulch and the foundation, but we wanted to know if this should be a concern for a potential home buyer.

I would not want to buy a home where there is ANY sign of termites at all.
