Default Is there a Portuguese school...

I live in Peabody and would like to know if there are any schools or after-school programs that would teach my kids (ages 5 & 6) to speak Portuguese?

Maybe some type of afterschool program they could attend after their regular school day so they could learn to speak, read and write the Portuguese Language.

I speak Portuguese but cannot read or write it. I learned from my grandmother as a small child but I would like to make sure my kids don't lose their heritage and receive an american education along with the ability to speak their familial langauage.

Any suggestions would be great!

Thank you!

I know Gloucester has a sizeable Portugese population...maybe peruse the yellow pages for Cape Ann? Or, possibly call the town hall.
Good luck!!
