Does anyone know about condos in Concord or Lexington? I'm curious to hear if the management is good or bad and whether the properties are well maintained or not.

We're looking at properties under $400K. Concord Greene/ Cranberry Lane in Concord and Fifer/Drummer Boy and 1475 MA Ave in Lexington have caught my eye.

I'd appreciate any information on the condo market in Concord and Lexington.

Not much in Lexington or Concord other than those you have mentioned to my knowledge. I believe Concord Greene has a fairly senior population. It is also close to the hospital, so there may be an issue of noise from nearby ambulances. If you are looking in those areas, you might look in Acton as well. Acton 2A has Acorn Park (600s), Nagog Woods (200s), and Meyer Hill (400s), many others. Maynard has Deer Path and Apple Ridge, both attractive well run TH communities, with active associations, if you are willing to venture that way. Good luck!
