Default Burlington info?

Hello. I am a soon to be 1st time home buyer. My fiance and I have been searching for months and seem to be leaning towards Burlington, MA. It's close to both of our jobs and family, plus it seems like we will get more house and land for the money. I just had some questions about the area. Does anyone know about the resale values in Burlington, how good the school system is, etc? We are not real familiar with the different neighborhoods, but after visiting about 7-8 homes, we are getting a feel for where we would want to live and where we would not. Any info or opinions would be great. Thanks.
