Default Switching from oil to gas
Does anyone have any experience of switching from oil heat to gas? Are there any promos from gas companies or state?
Could you please post here as how big is your winter monthly gas bill and sq.f of your house.

Sorry, this is sort of beside the point, but if you have the option to go geothermal (electric) we got a special reduced rate for the electric co and our budget for 2800 sq ft is $158. a month (and we wound up with a surplus).
Don't know if there is much geothermal in MA, we're on Ohio.

I can tell you that this past winter my gass bill was much lower than my mothers oil....(she lives next door)
