Honest inspections in Wakefield and/or Bellingham areas? (Medford: house, license plates)

Hi,
I need to get my car inspected, and can get it done either in Wakefield, MA or around Bellingham.

Does anyone know honest garages that do this? I have heard horror stories from friends about inspections. Also, do any garages do this on weekends? I ask because currently I'm working in Maine, but my house is in MA.

Ask how Jack Chaloub is doing.

Jack fixed my car many years ago when the hydraulic clutch failed.
I had never used his services prior and had maine license plates.
When I came back after work that day to pick up car Jack told me he only changed the fluid and bled the system and the charge was $20.

That is about as honest as it gets.
He could have sold me a bill of goods and did not.
His son inlaw is Mike.
He is lebanese and has a bit of an accent but is very good person and puts in alot of effort to get vehicles completed.
