Short term rentals in greater Worcester area?
Our family is moving out of state for new adventures. We put our house on the market about two weeks ago in this sluggish market and surprisingly received a good offer last week while we were on vacation. Our home is currently under agreement with a closing at the end of August. This has happened more quickly than we had dared to hope!
We would like to stay in the Worcester area until the middle of December for a variety of personal and professional commitments and so we are looking for a short-term rental from about the middle of August until the middle of December. I am thinking that there might be someone on this forum who has rental property or even a house for sale that is vacant and not selling and might even look more attractive to potential buyers if it's lived in.
We are a family of 5 with 3 kids aged 8 and under and have no pets.
