MA (Newton) Here We Come!
So tomorrow Friday we finally take off for MA, (Newton to be more specific). We’re very excited about our move, even though I’m not looking forward to the unpacking part! I’ll at least have a couple of weeks off before school (grad school at BU) starts toward the end of August.
Anyway, I really appreciate everybody’s help, tips, ideas, and suggestions – it has been very helpful for us and has made the moving plans much smoother.

How long a drive? If you can get here before Sunday, we have a no sales tax weekend coming up, in case you need any new stuff for your apartment. |

The total drive is about 14 hours (coming from SW Ohio), but we plan to make a stop overnight in Rochester, NY and arrive in Boston Saturday afternoon. We're planning to make a visit to IKEA Sunday for some new furniture, so that is GREAT news about having a no sales tax weekend. They've never had one of those over here that I know of, so we got to take advantage of that.

I was accepted to both BU and BC, so it wasn't an easy choice to make, but I can't show any love for BC now ha ha |

After a long trip (our cats were not fond of such a road trip) we've arrived and settled in here outside Boston. Besides the hassles of moving, everything is great and we're very happy to be here. We're enjoying the great weather and we're heading to the beach tomorrow!
Parsec, I may just see you around now :-)
