Default Essex Massachusetts

I am from MA and am planning on moving back to the area. We have been looking at Essex as town to live in with our three elementry school age children. Any information about Essex/Essex with children/ Commuting ect..

I am not sure exactly but most probably in Boston (the commute to that is).
It appears to have good public trans. close by....
I am very interested in Schooling for my children. Public and Private options. I saw the Waring School in Beverely.
If there is anyone out there that is from Essex would tell me what would be like to grow up there go to school ect...

LONG commute. Train is decent, but you are still looking at a solid 45 minutes. By car is probably 2 hours in morning/evening.

Great area, but hard to get anywhere...
