Default Milton?

I too noticed that Milton was rated #7 of best places, but thought the high school was questionable when looking at the scores, etc. Am I wrong or do people send their kids to private school instead?

Goodness, Puffle, you do a lot of research!

Milton recently underwent a massive school construction effort. I believe it was multiple buildings. I don't recall the final cost, but it was substantial. Regardless, the town now has some very good physical school facilities, including the high school. The education system in Milton has a very good reputation. I'd put it on par with any of the other towns you were posting for information about previously.

One thing to note. The taxes may be a bit high in Milton, since they have a lot of new buildings to pay for, and not a lot of commercial property.

Milton Academy is in town. It's an elite prep school, and people who can swing the steep tuition send kids there. It has dormitories, so there's many from outside Milton who go there.
