I'm looking for a house / apartment in Hingham and find Beal's Cove Village is nice. And its condo fee includes water and heat which sounds attractive. Any comments on this condo area? Which elementary school belongs to this area?

It's a nice area, near the water and I believe the Elementary school is the Foster School.

I really know nothing about hte complex or condos themselves, but Bare Cove Park is a great place to walk or bike ride, even have a picnic, and that is right in your backyard. That alone would be a really nice selling point, but also the convenience to stop and shop and 3A while not being directly on the main route seems like a nice setup too.

Thanks. I consider Hingham because of its good school system. And this condo is one of affordable house in Hingham. Any idea about the Foster School compare with other schools in Hingham?

Honestly, I have heard that some people in Hingham look down on the Foster school, which is ridiculous. It's one thing to compare school systems and pick Hingham because it's a good system, but then to move to a specific area of Hingham to find the best elementary school? Don't even waste your time. They are all good schools, just pick where you want to live and don't worry about it.
