Last weekend a friend was raving about Joey's Bar & Grill. They just moved from Mill St to Chandler st site of the old Struck Cafe. Will try & check this out soon.

Also we have a gift card to the People's Kitchen which is upstairs from the Citizen Bar that we may go to this weekend. It is operated by the same people that run Bocado, Mezcal & Ceres Bistro. Will post comments if we go

YAY!!! Please do!

Hey, have you been to Sol de Mexico on Pleasant St? The chicken burrito that we had was awful, but their fish tacos are TERRIFIC! We've had them twice, so I'm hoping that it wasn't a fluke (based on the ickiness of the chicken burrito) and that they continue to be good.

No & I run by there almost every week. There are a few Spanish places on Pleasant & Chandler that I would like to try one of these days.

Boynton Restaurant on Highland St. is also good. The wait can be long though...they always seem busy.

I just checked out their (vast) menu -- looks good!
It's on the list! Thanks!

The Boynton is great but we avoid it because it always seems so busy. Have you tried Ciao Bella on West Boylston Street yet? We usually get takeout there once a week.

Ciao Bella -- now also on the list. Is it on West Boylston or on Grove? (The website that I found said Grove.)

I wonder if the Boynton takes reservations. I'll have to find out before we go. I'm not patient enough to wait on line.

Right it is Grove. Right next to Shaws. It is a small place with maybe 6-7 tables, is BYOB & does a very brisk take out business. The food is usually very good. Most of the main menu items are around 10$ & the specials are in the 15 -20$ range usually.

Hi folks, I just got an email about this deal and remembered that some of you had mentioned Peppercorns so wanted to share--it's a $20 voucher for $10.
