ETA: I just looked at the menu. He can have a grilled cheese sandwich.
Actually, we took a vegetarian there and she had a grilled cheese

I'm about to move to Worcester soon from Boston. Can I second the question about recommendations for a decent Thai restaurant?? We eat it on a weekly basis and I simply cannot go without when we move....

We're having a serious problem with this. It's bizarre, really, that there are multiple Vietnamese restaurants within a block on Park Ave., but there are NO Thai restaurants in ALL of Worcester. Unless you count Racha Thai, but it's not great. (That said, we've only been there twice and both times was for lunch buffet. We really need to give it a real, solid try.)

There is a place in Shrewsbury -- The Thai Place -- which is very close by. We've only been there one, but it was VERY good, so we're going for a second tasting, just to confirm.

The place in Holden (Thai Island) was average, at best. Nah, not even that.

Been in Worcester for all of 2 weeks now, but I tried Udupi (Maple and Rt 9 in Shrewsbury). Good vegetarian Indian stuff, the strip mall is a dive though, but it's good.

Red Lantern on Shewsbury St is decent, not great, chinese, but did make a good vegetarian General Tso "chicken".
