Default Marlborough Condos?

Looking to move to Marlborough and buy a condo. What developments are good or great, and what ones do I want to stay away from (and why)?

Thanks for any help!

Crystal Brook is a nice small complex. I'd probably steer clear of Lincoln St area, it's a bit seedy. I also was not impressed with the Lakeside condos. There are some cute standalone townhomes in E. Marlboro on Tecumseh Trail, Violetwood Circle, etc. Are you looking only in Marlboro and not surrounding towns? Because there's a really nice complex in Hudson on Brigham St with pretty treed grounds and some nicely upgraded units.

The Willows at Marlborough on Broadmeadow St are the best IMHO. Right outside your door you have the Wayside Health and Racquet club. At the end of Broadmeadow St there is a Trail head entrance to Callahan State Park. Excellent for hiking and Mountain Biking. Also, within walking distance are the Sudbury Valley Trust hiking trails that run by the beautiful Sudbury Reservoir...
