Default child care

I'm a licensed child care provider in California. Moving to the Duxbury area is a possibility and I'm wondering what parents are typically paying for child care services in Duxbury and in neighboring towns. Any feedback would be welcome!

there is a desperate shortage of infant care in massachusetts to the point is often cheaper for the mother not to work. Most centers in Boston/Cambridge/Brookline charge over 400/wk for full-time infants. Home daycare is about 300/wk for a full-time infant. The waiting lists for infants is long.
