Default Renting in Quincy, MA

We are moving to Foxboro and want to rent our 2 bedrooms / 2 full bath ground floor condo in Quincy. We advertised on Craigslist but all responses are scam as they are all "relocating from UK, willing to send casier cashier check, if we can cash and pay their remodeler' type responses.

How do we attract good renters - that are from USA? Thank you

My 2 bed/2 bath condo is located in a nice quiet clean neighborhood and will be available to rent October 1st.
Includes: Washer/Dryer in unit, All stainless steel appliances less than 2 years old (smooth top range, fridge, dishwasher), Central air and heating,
All Laminated floors, Plenty of cabinet/storage space, Patio
Walk to Roche Brothers, Wal-Mart and 24 hr Walgreens
Close to Redline & Commuter train (Quincy Center / Braintree) and around the corner from the 3 MBTA Bus stops.

$1600/month (utilities not included). First month's rent and one month security deposit required

You may want to post this on the "Real Estate" Board on City-Data. The realtors on there should be able to give you some good advice.
Contact some of the local colleges...maybe they have visiting professors who need a place for a year or two? Do you work for a large company? If so, see if there is a place you can advertise your apt there.
Best of Luck!
