Cool How to rent condo in MA (safely)
We are trying to rent our condo in Quincy and have tried Criag's list for over a week. We got 4 responses, all from folks who are "relocating from UK". Everytime we email them application & background check forms..they vanish.

Are there any good apt renting orgs in MA who can help us with renting out our condo?

Please advice..

The UK responses you're getting are spam. We Agents get them all the time after posting on sites like Craigslist.
Colleges & Universities are good as well as the hospitals.
