Music in Kingston, MA

I'm a 28 yr. old female musician in Kingston, MA. There are quite a few places in the area, mostly in Plymouth, where one can go for open mic nights, Karaoke, and live bands. They are small bars and venues with a variety of ages and styles of music. I lived in JP when I was in college and nothing can quite compare outside of the city, but if you look enough, you can find a few fun places to play out, hear bands (almost all cover tunes) and meet new people. I suggest the Crow's Nest on the Plymouth waterfront. Saturday nights have great bands and Wed. nights are open mic.
