I'd suggest this route:
Lawrence - Beverly Commute - Google Maps
Mass Ave Lawrence/North Andover -Salem Street to Boxford St - to Boxford to
Boxford St becomes Lawrence Rd, - then R onto Main St to Boxford Center
then R onto Topsfield Road past 95 - to Topsfield Center green
then onto 97 South to Beverly
97 will take you right to 1A and has less traffic than route 1 or 114
