I'm considering buying a home in Pembroke with small children but I'm not too familiar with the neighborhoods there, I was wondering if anyone could give me the inside on the town what parts to avoid etc...I have driven through there several times and for the most part it seems to be nice, But wanted to see if anyone had any advice..The schools seem to perfom well according to online sources but I would appreciate anyones advice for moving there with small kids..Looking to purchase in the $450K Range Thanks
