You may also want to try East Falmouth. Since you don't have children in the schools, Wareham is a good start. Onset you'll have a hard time with unless it's a winter rental. Plymouth is a good option. Possibly Buzzards Bay?

Come on everyone. I grew up on the Cape. I now live in Hawaii. They are BOTH tourist resorts. You did not know that! Really! Did you think I or you could go to Boston, New York and find good cheap housing? I bet you can find cheap housing in Mississippi!
