Post 95/128 AM/PM Commute from Peabody to Needham

I have lived in and around the Boston Metro area for over 10 years, and am considering a position located in Needham. The company will be willing to work flex hours around my schedule, so that works in my favor. I currently commute on Route 1 and/or 1A to Boston daily, and am not unfamiliar with the trials and tribulations of MA traffic.

I'm trying to gauge what time I would need to leave in the AM to avoid the heaviest traffic on 128, and was hoping that others might have insight to traffic patterns on this route.

Thanks!
