Looking for NY Style Pizza in Ma (Boston, Revere: house, college)

Can you recommend great NY style pizza (thin crust, sweet tomato sauce, yummy) in the North West of Boston area? I know Bianci's of Revere and Pizzaria Regina in Boston, but they are too far away. I live in Westford and this area has terrible pizza.

Good luck! Seriously- the state is laden with horrible Greek style pizza- a disgrace to pizza itself.

Best I've had in awhile was Franco's in Natick- not close to you, but still....take what you can in this state.

No disrespect to anyone, but alot of it comes from the lack of Italian Americans in this state. When I walk into a pizzeria and see some doped out college kid and a couple of 'illegals' in the back, I walk right out.

I also see plenty of 'gourmet' places that have popped up, but are pretty much on the same level as the greasy Greek stuff.

And for the record- I'm 100% Italian, and from NY.

Actually, Greek pizza isn't bad. It's just different. I like it with spinach, a little feta cheese and pepperoni.

Anyway, I like T Anthony's for Italian style pizza and they are on Comm. Ave. near BU. But it's worth going into Boston's North End for some great thin crust pizza. BTW have you tried Bertucci's pizza?

Boston North End has plenty....OR just make your own the way You like it.

Sicilian over here and I make my own.

If you're in Westford, you probably do a lot of shopping at Burlington Mall? There's a Pizzeria Regina in that food court.

espresso pizza...main street in fitchburg...it's been there for years.... has the thin crust sweet tom sauce...just like a true brokklyn pie...haven't found any other parlors around central mass with the same unique taste...there's no other reason to visit fitchburg...at all!

I have to ask Vero if you lived in Vero Beach at some point? We lived in Vero for quite a few years when we lived in Florida.

While I agree there is a lot of greek style Pizza, in fact the house of pizza in my old town was owned by greeks, I wouldn't say there is a lack of Italian Americans in the Boston area.....Everyone I knew growing up was Irish or Italian for the most part and I grew up in the Suburbs.
That being said, in Westford I have NO IDEA.....Near where I grew up I loved the Brown Jug in Chelsea, Regina's in the North End, Capri in Reading was good too.

For me though, a good pizza is less about the sauce and more about the cheese blend on top.
