Update
Well I thought I would let everyone know that she is now in the state of New York and will be spending the night there. They should be here by later in the afternoon tomorrow, but I think she is exhausted and would like to sleep in later than the usual 6am. So maybe not till tomorrow night.

Wow. I tried to call her earlier, but I didn't leave a message because I didn't want to bug her too much. She's making good headway. I've never seen anybody leave California so fast. LOL!
I can't believe they are going to be there by Saturday. Thanks for the update, MagicTouch...

Well, it may take a little longer, the Noreaster has come in and there are high winds and lots of rain. Here in Bedford it just began to really rain about an hour ago and the winds, to me, aren't bad. Well I'm sure she will be in touch when they get around here later today... Now it's just waiting to here that they made it!!!
Greenie - What is the update for you getting out here to MA??

I just spoke to her on the phone. She is still in NY head toward Albany. I told her she should be getting a taste of some real New England weather soon with the storm up ahead. She said, "Oh, really? All we see is blue skies." So I guess they are just outside the storm system. She's on the 90 and that will take her straight through Western Mass, which is where I used to live!
