I'm from the L.A. forum, where Puffle has been extremely helpful. I'm assuming she'll see this post, so...
Best of luck, Puffle! I'm sure you'll get settled very soon, and then you'll be able to look back on this and laugh.
I don't think I could make a move like this (and this is why I've been in L.A. all of my life!), so she really has my admiration!

That's my 2 cents.

I would have come over to paint. No one asked for any help except taking in her four dogs.

[quote=CaseyB;1910748]Why are you so rude? I only offered a suggestion based on practicality. She has a child that's in high school and can't afford to miss a couple of weeks.
It's none of your business what I have.
I'm sorry I was rude, Casey! I was just frustrated cuz I want too send Puff lots of positive energy so she can just push through this.
All the best,
Greenie

Excellent point. I posted earlier that if someone wanted to offer to pay for dog boarding, I'd check with my friend who boards dogs.
Not one person PM'd me.
I hope it works out for her.

Why would I or anyone else want to pay for Puffle's dog boarding? Is she a charity case or something?

No, of course she's not a charity case. I put the offer to get in touch w/ a friend of mine and suggested some of you might want to help her out because an earlier post mentioned dog boarding expense as an issue.
If I had more disposable income, I'd gladly help my friends out in a bind and I'd never consider them charity cases!

NChomesomeday,
How thoughtful of you. She's all set with money and boarding the dogs for now, but I will forward the kind thought....

Well, of course I would help a close real life friend out, but honestly I would expect that friend to also pay me back. This is only a message board, and I only know Puffle from reading a few of her posts.
