Is anyone concerned with the storm coming your way?

Lots of folks on Nantucket are from the boards there, and rightly so, they are right in the cross-hairs of 80 mph winds, 4-5 inches of rain, and storm surge of up to 12 feet!

Hi! I'm in Plymouth and it was pretty ferocious here from 3:30a.m. Sat. morn until 11p.m. Sat. night. We lost power at 1:30p.m. and it came back on around 8:25p.m. I ended up putting the milk out in my patio room because it was colder out there than the fridge by then! At least we didn't have to shovel the rain! Thank goodness tha's over. Hope everyone made it through safely. Nice to find a place with fellow Massatuters!

Not so bad. I've been through worse. Although some people are still without power. Mostly remote locations, though. When I was younger, I used to go to the beach during these storms (that's where I spent Bob & Gloria!). The shoreline is amazing.
"I'm older than that now"......
