Wow you tagged my thread and mentioned Billerica again here.. and yes I drove by those Pinehurst neighborhoods.. they aren't any better than Lowell despite those fixtures. See I think crime could be high in Pinehurst if you give it the opportunity. Its sketchy considering they try to cover up with trees and fixed up houses and last but not least Newtowne Grille.

You can get McMansion type house in Wakefield in the 600k range. Many were built in 1990s and early 2000s. Not far from Woburn.

Thanks. We are focussing on north Reading, Andover, North Andover, Middleton, Wakefield and Lynnfield. Any opinions or thoughts on those towns?
