Most people from WMass would say Wis-ter. Glos-ter. We also say Am-erst, NOT AM-HURST. If you are talking about a place in NH you would say am-HURST. In MA it is Am-erst. People from EMass who went to UMass out in Amherst should say Am-erst. (get it?)
There is also a college called AM-ERST College.
