Default Commute from Bellingham to Norwood & Cumberland RI to Norwood MA

I am planning to move to either of the town, i work in Norwood MA. Can anybody tell me how long does it take during the peak commute hours. Mapquest shows 30 minutes ideally. Are they good town to live in ?
Thanks

Actually, they are pretty similar -- but you would be able to shoot right down Rte 109 into Norwood from Bellingham -- and I think 40-45 minutes would be more like it. Woonsocket/Cumberland maybe an additional 15-20 minutes further from Bellingham. I haven't lived in MA for quite a few years now, so hopefully you get response from more current resident.

Rte. 109 is actually quite developed now, so I think with all the traffic lights you would be looking at 45 minutes or more. Mapquest directs you onto 495 and then Rte 1, which might be shorter time-wise, but an awfully long way around.

Tons of strip malls and fast food places on 109 now, all through Medway and Millis.
