There is a section of Sharon where there are small houses.I don't know if any of them are that cheap.

495 is right that they do pop up here in Sharon but usually you do need to put some upfront work into them and the taxes are so high in Sharon that your actual total pmt is comparable to a more expensive town. So the overall pmt in this case would put op out of their budget in this case w Sharon.
