We loved our visit to Massachusetts in October (we live in Arizona). Here are a few pictures to share:

The 1st picture is the USS Constituion in Charlestown, ma. Part of the Harbor.
2nd picture is of the Bunker Hill Monument also in Charlestown, Ma. The second ship is the Mayflower the boat the Pilgrims came over in also located in Plymouth, Ma. The picture of the Boston landscape looks like it was taken from the Bunker Hill Monument, you can see the zakem bridge in the distance a little bit towards the right. Nice pictures.

Thanks for sharing these pictures of Boston, great shots! You know, I grew up right near the Bunker Hill Monument and when we were teenagers? We used to all hang on their steps in the nice weather after school and on weekends, we didn't think we'd ever leave those steps! Guess who sat with us a lot of times? The policeman who had to "man the grounds" and he would a lot of times sit with us and we'd all play cards for hours! Those were the days, let me tell you! You of course wouldn't see that ever happen these days! We always used to tell the tourists, how many steps there were to get to the top (294!!!!), and how it's 221 feet high and the Washington Monument in DC is taller at 555 feet, and then we'd talk to the various visitors for hours about where they lived and what it was like for them to be in Boston ..and to think it was all a free consultation and we just took it for granted because there was no one else there for them to ask! Plus they were like you coming from all over the country and the world. Now you would never ever see kids hanging on those steps around that Monument. Mainly because it's a federally funded site and the Department of the Interior runs it these days. Thanks for bringing back memories with your fantastic photos, nice job!

Beautiful photos. I love the USS Constitution and Plimoth Plantation, both are unique treasures near Boston. I haven't been to Bunker Hill yet. Hopefully, I'll visit one day. The views look great.
