JMM, I totally agree, the prices for the prices they're currently asking, it definitely is quite a bit over the general market rate in the vicinity - one could get a brand new 'loft' condo (Howe Shoe Factory?) for about $250k and a new construction home for about the same price (with a garage etc). Not sure what the rationale is for the pricing - nevertheless, the market movement will determine the prices I guess if the sellers are serious about selling.
