Lightbulb Hey Everyone! Martial Arts Question

Does anyone know of good martial art schools in and around Boston? I plan on signing up, along with my son, to take martial art lessons. I'm looking for a school that is positive and upbeat. I have done research and many say that Taekwondo, for kids, is a good option. I'm a martial arts enthusiast, so I could practice anything. If you could, please give me an idea of pricing.

I have been researching schools and haven't found anything in the Braintree, Quincy area. Any other schools? Please, help me!

Thank you in advance!

YES! Alan Kessler Karate in Billerica. I can't say enough positive things about the place. We have been going for several months now and it's great, very good environment for kids. They do adult classes too. They do a lot of other social stuff outside of class hours, Halloween parties and things like that. The rates are really reasonable and the instructors are great.

Here is the website:

I don't know any.. however, like going to a health club... convenience (or location near your house) is an important factor. I don't think you want someone 25 minutes or 3 transfers away...
