MovingForward I could not agree more! I really wonder what justifies these ridiculous high fees? Even the lawyer that does the real important legal work and tons of paperwork gets a small percentage of that. Somebody else said this on here and I feel the same way: I think the profession of the real estate agent is changing fast and will probably not exist in 10 years anymore. Thanks to the internet and other informational and legal resources the younger generation will not pay these high commissions.

I did an entry only MLS listing through I Sold My House.com in April. The rep I dealt with was a licensed agent, provided great tips and advice and I was under agreement in 13 days. Thank you I Sold My House.com.
