Hi all,
I just wanted to update you that the Massachusetts Town Greens book is going great. Thanks so much for your feedback on the best town commons in Massachusetts at the thread, The Best Town Commons in Massachusetts. I have visited many of the town commons you all recommended and found each and every one of them to be special in their own ways.

Recently, I visited town commons in Deerfield, Amherst, Brookfield and Longmeadow. I think my favorite amongst them was Deerfield because of what surrounds the town common -- all those historic homes and buildings. My favorites overall: Princeton, West Brookfield, Petersham and Walpole.

I am working through a well known book publisher and will update you on when the book will be published and where it can be purchased. If you have any favorite memories of a Massachusetts town green, historical information or general impressions, please write me at feedback@visitingnewengland.com, or through a private message here and I'll consider it for inclusion in the book. Thanks!

Best regards,
Eric

P.S.: here is a photo of the town common in West Brookfield. Nice!

Gotta agree about the W. Brookfield common -- it's lovely and HUGE.
