Default Plymouth to Cambridge...

My hunch is that the commute from Plymouth to Cambridge is too long, but I wanted to get a sense from the readers here...Anyone make the commute (on the train, of course)? How is it?

It seems too long to me. I think in the morning rush the train would not be from Plymouth but only from Kingston. You'd face the time it took to get to the station in Kingston, plus just under an hour on the commuter rail, plus the time on T from South Station to Cambridge. You don't say where you're going to in Cambridge, but the best case scenario (directly above the Kendall T stop) would still be something like 70-80 minutes plus time getting to the station down in Kingston.
