Default Acton Preschool Recommendations

Hi All,

We are moving to Acton in summer of 2008. Our daughter is going to miss the kindergarten cutoff date in MA, and we would like to send her to one more year of preschool, preferably a 4 or 5 day program. Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for Acton preschools. I would like something that is NAEYC accredited. Personal experiences and info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Jan

Default one possibility...

We had a good experience last year at Acton Cooperative. They do have a 4 day (half day, that is) program. But you can also sign up for Stay and Play or Lunch bunch if you are looking to make it a longer day. I picked them for my daughter (who was 4 at the time) b/c I wanted to be involved in the school which the Coop requires and the class size was smaller than the other cooperative in town. I'd be sending my son there now also but we are part way thru a two year assignment in London. He'll be back for kindergarten though. Good luck!
