Nickerson is great, but you have to reserve your campspot well in advance just like you would for a traditional Cape rental. For example, Memorial Day weekend is almost fully booked already. Also, I don't recall seeing cabins last time I was there. I think it's just tent and trailer camping.

Nickerson is just tent and trailer.

Honestly, I don't know of any cabin camps on the cape except for maybe the KOA in Middleboro, which really isn't the Cape, but it's close enough, I guess.

There is a campground in Truro that rents sites with a RV already on it. I can't think of the name off the top of my head. It should be easy enough to find though. We thought about it a couple years ago but decided to tent camp on The Cape with the kids.

There is this place in Falmouth too. https://sippewissett.com/cabins.htm
When we looked into doing this we found there are actually quite a few.

Might be better to rent a motorhome from a local dealer/rental place, and drive that down. Gives you more options in campgrounds.
