I suggest calling various realtors and explaining your situation. Most Realtors in the suburbs don't handle many rentals.

There's not a huge rental market in the 'burbs although there are certainly agents here who do handle rentals. I think your larger problem will be to find one willing to cover such a large area for you. Likely, you'll need to work with multiple agents. However, that makes it even harder. As we work on 100% commission, a lot of agents will not take on a client using multiple agents especially a rental client which brings in a lot less revenue than a client buying/selling. The risk is just not justified by the reward.
