We get all kinds of strange requests.

I love when people say "I don't want a sign in front of my house because I don't want my neighbors to know it's for sale." Where I live, everyone seems to be an amateur real estate agent. So, once I put out on the internet as "for sale" more people see it that way then they would if I put a sign out front.

There was another guy who's daughter was a celebrity so he said "I don't want it marketed and I don't want it on MLS." That was a tough sale.
His decision for no open houses was because he went to an open house where there was a few nosy neighbors that were literally looking inside closets, opening drawers etc and he did not like that at all. Luckily his townhouse is in a pretty desirable area so I listed it and had an offer within 2 days. No open house or sign needed 👍🏻
