Default Housing Development(s) in Southborough, MA?

I was wondering if anyone had any recent information on the development projects on Rt 9 in Southborough? I'm from out of town looking into areas in the metro west and had read about 3 different construction projects. Does anyone know if any of these have been approved? Does anyone live in that area north of Rt 9 and how do they think these developments will impact them personally? Thanks!

Which housing developments? I know there was one proposed near Flagg Rd that didn't go through. If you have a general idea of where they are or a description of them you can ask the building inspector in town.

Thanks for the rely scarletfire! I'll try calling the town inspector. In the articles I've read from the town website I can't tell which if any of the proposed projects have been approved or denied. I am most interested in the one proposed just east of 495 and north of Rt 9 - that's near Flagg (on the map I have), but the proposed entrance to the sight was Central Park Dr. On google earth the area looks like it has some dirt roads running through it like it might be about to be developed.
